Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using superiorhonest.world and our small household appliance repair services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Superiorhonest provides repair services for small household appliances including but not limited to kettles, toasters, coffee machines, irons, blenders, and similar devices. Our services include:

  • Diagnostic assessment of appliance faults
  • Repair and replacement of faulty components
  • General maintenance and cleaning
  • Advice on appliance care and maintenance

Service Terms

Estimates and Quotes

We provide free initial assessments. Repair quotes are valid for 14 days from issue. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair.

Repair Warranty

All repairs performed by Superiorhonest carry a 6-month warranty covering parts and labour. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or accidents after repair
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Appliances repaired or modified by others after our service
  • Normal wear and tear

Collection of Appliances

Repaired appliances must be collected within 30 days of notification. After 30 days, storage fees may apply. Appliances not collected within 90 days may be disposed of.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repair and before collection of your appliance. We accept cash, debit cards, and credit cards. No repair work will commence without your prior approval of the quoted price.

Limitation of Liability

Superiorhonest shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss from appliances with storage capabilities
  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Damages exceeding the repair cost
  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at drop-off

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit any malicious code or software
  • Copy or reproduce our content without permission

Intellectual Property

All content on superiorhonest.world, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Superiorhonest and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
