Overview

At Superiorhonest, we stand behind the quality of our appliance repair work. This policy outlines our warranty coverage and procedures for addressing any concerns with repairs performed on your small household appliances.

Repair Warranty

All repairs completed by Superiorhonest include a comprehensive 6-month warranty from the date of collection. This warranty covers:

  • Parts installed during the repair
  • Labour performed by our technicians
  • The same fault recurring within the warranty period

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage occurring after collection (drops, impacts, water damage)
  • Damage caused by power surges or electrical faults
  • Problems unrelated to the original repair
  • Appliances that have been modified or repaired by third parties after our service
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Consumable parts (filters, seals subject to regular replacement)

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered under our warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of noticing the issue
  • Provide your original repair receipt or reference number
  • Describe the problem you are experiencing
  • Bring the appliance to our workshop for assessment

Warranty Service

For valid warranty claims, Superiorhonest will:

  • Re-repair the appliance at no additional cost
  • Replace faulty parts with new or equivalent components
  • Provide the repair within a reasonable timeframe

Unsatisfactory Repairs

If you are not satisfied with a repair, please contact us immediately. We will:

  • Assess the appliance to understand your concerns
  • Offer a free re-repair if the issue relates to our work
  • Provide a partial or full refund in cases where we cannot resolve the issue

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The repair cannot be completed and no work was performed
  • The same fault persists after multiple repair attempts
  • Parts ordered cannot be obtained and the repair cannot proceed

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Repairable Items

If we determine during assessment that your appliance cannot be economically repaired, we will:

  • Inform you of our findings
  • Return your appliance without charge
  • Provide advice on replacement options

Collection of Repaired Items

Repaired appliances should be collected within 30 days of notification. After this period:

  • A storage fee of €5 per week may apply
  • Items not collected within 90 days may be disposed of
